EMBARRASSED
I was supposed to have an appointment with that Sacramento bankruptcy attorney today, but I think I’ll cancel it. I just found out some upsetting news about my girlfriend through a mutual acquaintance of ours and I know I really won’t be able to concentrate on anything he’s saying. I wonder when she was planning to tell me that her ex-boyfriend is back in town and that she’s been spending time with him. I wondered why she hasn’t been home lately. She usually answers her phone right away. I just had a feeling that she was up to something. I don’t think they’re doing anything other than talking. I have no reason to believe she would want to get back together with him. Why wouldn’t she tell me though? I thought we could trust each other. When that other person told me what she’s been up to I was so embarrassed. I think I did a pretty good job of pretending that I already knew what she was up to. I’m definitely going to have to find some way to bring this up without sounding like the jealous boyfriend. That should be interesting because I am feeling quite jealous at the moment!
